What is FERI/AD?

AD: Certificate of Destination (Attestation De Destination), a document for goods transported by road or rail from transit or originating ports to the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The Democratic Republic of Congo Multimodal Freight Management Bureau has authorized Qingdao Highroad Logistics Co., Ltd. as the global agent for FERI/AD in the DRC, officially signing a global agency agreement. Hongya Runda is authorized to issue global electronic tracking documents for maritime, air, and land transportation.

GLOBAL FERI is the international documentation and certification department under Qingdao Highroad, focusing on providing FERI/AD certificate issuance services to global traders, as well as handling ECTN/BESC electronic tracking documents and COC product conformity certifications for exports to multiple African countries.

Application Process for FERI/AD

・Application Procedures・

1. Please provide the following application materials: (1) Bill of lading (draft) for maritime (air) transport, (2) Export invoice, (3) Packing list, (4) Application form. 2. After receiving the above documents, we will provide a quotation and payment voucher (DN). Upon payment, please return the receipt. 3. After receiving payment, we will issue the FERI number. 4. Based on the original bill of lading, fill out the FERI application form (please download the latest form from our website). Send the application form, stamped commercial invoice, scanned copy of packing list (Commercial Invoice & Packing list), and original bill of lading (B/L) back to us. 5. We will issue a draft FERI certificate based on the application form for your review and modification. 6. After confirmation via email by the applicant, we will issue the final FERI certificate.Note:1. For different FERI applications, please name emails according to the bill of lading number to avoid confusion, which may affect your bill of lading issuance.2. Please name your FERI application materials in the following format:If there are multiple pages of each material, please merge them into one file.3. Note**FERI certificates must be processed before the issuance of the original bill of lading by the shipping company and before the ship arrives at the port.**Each bill of lading corresponds to one F.E.R.I.**The approved F.E.R.I. original (in PDF format) will be emailed to your company without a paper version.**Your company needs to print this file or forward the attachment to the consignee at the destination port, freight forwarder, or shipping company, etc.

二、AD (Democratic Republic of Congo Land Transport Certificate) Application Process

1. Please provide the following application documents: (1) Original FERI Certificate (2) Bill of Lading for Sea Freight (3) Packing List (4) Invoice (5) AD Application Form (each truck requires a separate form; for multiple trucks, please copy the Excel workbook for completion) (see attached) (6) Export Customs Declaration from the transit country to the Democratic Republic of Congo. 2. Upon receiving the above documents, we will provide a quotation and issue a Payment Order (DN). Applicants are required to make payment accordingly and return the receipt. 3. After receiving payment, we will issue the AD Certificate. 4. Note: The AD Certificate is issued directly and does not have a draft version. Therefore, any errors in the information provided will result in an invalid certificate, for which our company bears no responsibility.
